I can help the student who is about to fend for themself for the first time, the budget-conscious who want to experiment with new menus, those keen to discover authentic Italian cuisine and the company who want to provide a unique team-building experience.

Courses cover everything, from basic but yummy Italian pasta sauces like pesto or succo di pommodore, to mouth-watering antipasti and breads, classic pastas, authentic main dishes and delicious desserts.

And what is very exciting about these courses is their variety and flexibility. You have the option of choosing recipes to suit your needs.

Tuition can be on an individual or group basis. Why not make up your own group with family and friends.

Courses can take place in your home or at Carmela's Kitchen in West Byfleet. The fee for a day of cookery which takes place in your home is £100.00.
